Imperia is a 27 storey mixed-use multi-residential tower within walking distance of prime shopping and dining destinations, Calgary’s downtown, transit options and parks.
General Block
General Block is an architecturally-iconic, two-storey building designed to act as a neighbourhood hub with community-focused retail in Bridgeland / Riverside.
West District
The comprehensive 95-acre West District Master Plan consciously trades sprawl for urbanism on the last large parcel of land yet to be built-out on Calgary’s west side.
Village Block
Selected through The City of Calgary’s 2023 Non-Market Land Sale, Village Block delivers 57 affordable homes and five ground-floor commercial spaces.
Autograph Collection Hotel
This 320-room hotel, located in Stampede Park in Calgary, Alberta, is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection. The hotel design is inspired by the unique curvature of Flores LaDue Parade and the expanded BMO Centre, with a sweeping curved form that draws inspiration from the movement of a bucking horse.
