Featuring 78 residences and four distinct unit types, Village caters to a wide range of age-groups and lifestyles, reflecting a modern community structure for greater neighbourhood vitality.
Located in the inner-city community of Bankview and situated at the crux of two of Calgary’s Main Streets, Village boasts a unique and contextually-sensitive architectural design. When completed, Village will help achieve the City of Calgary’s ambitious Municipal Development Plan goals for more complete and resilient communities in a more efficient and compact urban form.
As part of a commitment to investing in Calgary’s inner-city communities, The Village development included a voluntary developer-funded investment in Bankview’s public realm. The project team worked with the City of Calgary to envision the transformation of an under-utilized and under-loved park into a people-friendly place for neighbours and future residents to enjoy.
