Coco

Realizing Marda Loop's
Main Street.

In line with the City’s goals for sustainable growth and a more compact urban form, Calgary’s Main Streets initiative outlines 24 Main Streets across the city which are well-suited for long-term growth and intensification. Sarina Homes’ COCO sits at the confluence of two of these Main Streets: 33rd Avenue and 14th Street SW.

Coco is a Main Streets’ aligned, mid-rise residential development providing affordable urban living through sensitive intensification in the established community of South Calgary.

The refined four-storey building offers a mix of one-to-three-bedroom units and city homes, enhancing the livability of the area by adding additional housing options, as well as a modest increase in density to support the many neighbourhood shops and services nearby.

Community feedback was a central tenant of Coco’s design and development, with a significant focus on street interface and the transition to adjacent properties.
