No.264 is a progressive partnership between The Royal Canadian Legion North Branch No.264 and Calgary-based developer-builder Truman to achieve an innovative redevelopment of the Kensington Legion’s lands within West Hillhurst, Calgary.
The resulting urban design and redevelopment strategy includes a phased development of two buildings surrounding by high quality public spaces. The first, a fiscally sustainable new turnkey home for the Legion that expands the traditional operations of the social organization.
The second, a private mid-rise mixed-use building that adds diversified housing choices in the evolving community of West Hillhurst. No.264 is a national leader, showcasing an innovative new model of progressive city-building through partnerships between the land development industry and social organizations like the Royal Canadian Legion.
