Aria

Banff Trail transit-oriented
development.

Aria is a 62-unit, 4-storey, mixed-use redevelopment that reinforces the 'Complete Streets' transformation of the Banff Trail 24 AV NW corridor.

Situated within walking distance of the Banff Trail c-Train station, Aria introduces a high-quality public realm and people-friendly destination through thoughtful building interface design and new neighbourhood-focused retail and amenities.

The ground floor features locally-serving commercial uses and street-oriented live-work residences, while the second to fourth floors accommodate a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom units above.

Coinciding with recent local City infrastructure investments and responding to a TOD opportunity that neighbours four (4) Major Activity Centres, Aria is among a trio of 24 AV NW redevelopment applications led by CivicWorks in 2019. Together, they help realize The City of Calgary's progressive policies that identify Banff Trail as a key location for new growth within the city by increasing residential densities in close proximity to one of the highest concentration of jobs, community facilities and services outside the Centre City.
